My very good fortune: 30 years of the right place at the right time with the right people.
The scale at which I desired to work — global stage, big brands, important issues, impactful commissions — is best offered at the large architectural enterprises. HOK had a history of successful environment design long before I arrived. My tenure of three dynamic decades was facilitated by the very cool people surrounding me. I can’t thank them enough for our time together — including this dinner, this poster, this booklet, these memories, these friendships.
The beautifully framed poster displayed choice excerpts from the booklet of 30 testimonials. Graciously, the colorful roll call of typography left room for future years to come.
The 42”x10” poster included a recess to hold a 4”x6” saddle stitched booklet of 32 pages.
The booklet documented 30 client testimonials that had been solicited by my colleagues.
