Conventional enterprises chimed in — adding on layers of amenity for us to name and brand in the experience enhanced workplace that entertained to retain. More every conventional entity being disrupted by new technology needed to communicate messages about change, and acceleration, and right angle turns. These competitive forces allowed us to build a portfolio in change management, authoring messages about realities altered, opportunities communicated, forces marshaled. Many were lyrical messages that implied creative culture is embraced, inventiveness now welcomed. Wit, humor, surprise: each signaled undo to the hierarchical command and control workplace. Others were literal messages of metrics and measurement depicted with immediacy. Or instructive as to “here’s how to use your new communal workscape”.
